Cascade Health Diabetes & Nutrition Education is excited to team up with the Eugene Family YMCA to offer “Diabetes Care Corner,” a free class that creates a welcoming space to learn the basics of diabetes - what it is, how it is diagnosed, and how to manage it effectively.

Whether you have recently received a diagnosis or simply want to better understand the condition, the class is open to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage or diagnosis status. You'll gain practical tips for living well with diabetes, empower yourselves with knowledge, and explore local resources that can support your journey.

Register here for one of the upcoming classes:

  • Tuesday, February 24, 1-2 p.m.

  • Monday, April 13, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

  • Tuesday, November 17, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
