Festival Marketplace
Vendor Application

Showcase and sell your holiday crafts while helping to support end-of-life care at the Pete Moore Hospice House!

Cascade Health is seeking vendors for the 2024 Festival of Trees Marketplace at The Graduate Eugene. The marketplace features local artisans and is a must-stop holiday shopping experience for many Festival attendees. In addition to the marketplace, Festival of Trees – currently in its 32nd year – includes a tour of beautifully decorated trees, craft workshops, live performances and kids’ activities. Event proceeds support Cascade Health’s nonprofit services, including the Pete Moore Hospice House, providing compassionate end-of-life care in Lane County.

Applications for 2024 are closed. If you would like to be added to the waitlist in the event one of our vendors can’t make it, you may still use the application below to submit your information.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL MARKETPLACE

We invite vendors to apply for the 2024 Festival Marketplace. Applications will be reviewed starting September 16, 2023, and acceptance will proceed on a rolling basis after that date. Our jurying process takes into account variety in the vendor lineup and appeal to Festival-goers. Vendors may choose to staff their booths for all or part of the Festival. While we encourage vendors to be present to interact with attendees, we also have a central checkout where products can be purchased if the vendor is not on site. Preference will be given to vendors who hand-craft 75% or more of the items for sale in their booth.
