Cascade Health Counseling & EAP will collaborate with you to create customized on-site workplace trainings that fit your industry, regulatory needs and unique culture. Whether part of an onboarding process, an annual continuing education requirement or in response to a specific situation, we can help you empower your employees and set clear expectations. Popular topics include:

Cost:

EAP companies receive two hours of training per year and may use these allotted hours for organizational development trainings.

For non-EAP clients or EAP companies that have use their contracted training hours, contact us to discuss your needs and we will build a custom proposal for consideration. We offer nonprofit discounts.
