Overview
MedExpress, an Occupational Injury Response Unit, provides 24-hour service for non-life threatening injuries that occur at the workplace. The units are staffed with EMTs and Paramedics who are trained to assess and treat injuries. Medics also have phone access to Cascade Medical Associate's emergency/occupational physicians 24 hours a day.
When an injury occurs, our medics come to your business to assess the injury. If a physician visit is required, the injured worker is transported to a physician of your choice for treatment and then returned to the worksite.

Workers' Compensation
Opening a claim for a worker who needs stitches can cost as much as $800. That's not counting the cost of lost production , transportation time and liability insurance. MedExpress can reduce costs like these by as much as 25 percent. And, if we treat and release an injury in the field, it is considered first aid, and a Workers' Compensation Claim does not even need to be opened.
