Advanced Leadership Series #3: Supervising in Times of Change
Organizations are facing unprecedented changes…and challenges. In many cases, resources
may be shrinking at the same time demands are increasing. Supervisors are often
expected to solve these problems, yet many may feel that they have little control over
the factors that lead to the current challenges. In this workshop, we will explore how
change affects both individuals and the team and examine the strategies that help supervisors
address these challenges through innovation, creativity and collaborative teamwork.
We will explore how working through the challenges of change can strengthen a
team and lead to even greater accomplishments: a renewed vision for the future.
