Skill Building Workshop for Leaders and Managers

Clear Communication for Leaders

Clear Communication is essential in successful organizations.  Struggles in problem solving frequently arise when people react to interpersonal issues and enact their frustrations rather than identify goals and steps in clear, action terms.  In the Clear Communication workshop, we will use the Crucial Conversations model plus other approaches to help participants improve the essential skills of active listening and direct, respectiful messages.  These tools will increase effectiveness in all relationships, both personal and professional.
