A cognitive wellness program for individuals with early-moderate memory loss.


A cognitive wellness program that emphasizes successful aging through active engagement and socialization.  Based on a positive approach that encourages older adults with memory loss to maximize cognitive abilities and stay engaged in life while offering respite and support to caregivers.

CarePartner Support Groups

On-going support groups are open for caregivers that are aged 60+, or caregivers caring for someone who is 60+ or 18+ and disabled.  There is a seperate on-going support group for individuals with memory loss.

CarePartner support groups are held:

  • Every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • Location: (Tues.) 66 Club Rd., Ste. 140, Eugene 97401 (Thurs.) 66 Club Rd., Ste 120, Eugene
  • Every Wednesday from 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm
  • Location: 2650 Suzanne Way, Ste 160, Eugene
