Staying healthy
Services are provided by a staff of highly trained, caring individuals - Certified Nursing Aides, Recreational Staff, and Professional Caregivers. Physical, occupational, and speech therapies are arranged by staff on an individual basis.
Overall health is improved by:
- Blood pressure monitoring
- Medication management
- Foot treatment
- Nutrition counseling
- Personal care including feeding and bathing
- Exercise groups
We serve hot, nutritious, three-course lunches, and snacks, as well as accommodate special diets.
Caregiver's Support Group
The Caregiver's Support Group meets regularly and offers families an opportunity to exchange information and share experiences.
Cascade Adult Center is open Monday - Friday, 7:30 to 5:30. Participants may attend any number of days on a regular attendance schedule.
