Conflict Mediation: Techniques to Resolve Conflict

Conflict in relationships is natural and unavoidable, both at home and the workplace.  This training will teach basic skills to intervene and successfully resolve conflict before it escalates into behaviors that can damage relationships, customer service and/ or safety.
