Wellness Overview – Smoking - Popup

PWP popup smoking

Not smoking is one of the best health decisions you can make. Smoking is the single greatest cause of preventable death, being responsible for more than 440,000 deaths yearly. The good news is that when you stop, your risk drops dramatically. For example, if you stop smoking before the age of 50 you cut your risks of dying in half in the next 20 years. If you don’t smoke, don’t start! If you smoke, stop! More than 50 million Americans alive today have stopped smoking. You can too!
