Stress – Stress at Work - Popup

Deadlines, hard work, and getting along with people is an essential part of most work days. But if deadlines and expectations become unrealistic, or people problems develop, stress can impede your work and negatively affect your health. If work stressors are more than you can cope with, talk to your supervisor. Ask for help. Get additional training if needed. Set and reset priorities. Break large tasks into smaller, realistic bites. Pace yourself. Take breaks. Be good to yourself by getting adequate sleep, eating regular meals, and taking time to relax, exercise, and have fun daily.
