Stress ? Support Systems - Australian Popup

Human beings need one another, especially in times when life is hard. People who cope well with life usually have good support from family, friends, and supportive groups. If you are going through difficult times, draw close to people. Talk out your problems. Search out support groups that provide encouragement and help while you are adjusting or overcoming a problem. Examples include: divorce recovery groups, Alcoholics Anonymous, cancer support group, or a church group.
