Lose 2-5 Pounds This Month Not everyone needs to lose weight. But most of us do, or at least we need to learn how to prevent weight gain. Start a weight loss program and lose 2-5 pounds this month. Watch portion sizes, limit sugary foods, be physically active for 30-60 minutes a day, eat a good breakfast, and get adequate rest.
