The number of push-ups you can do in 1 minute is a measure of upper body strength and endurance. If you haven’t been doing push-ups or strength building exercises, your score is probably not very high. You can make good improvement in these scores by practicing push-ups and other upper body strength exercises. The norms shown on your personal PWP report indicate “Good” to “Excellent” fitness for persons your age and gender. See Push-Up Norms for further information. |
