Fitness – Exercise Goals - Popup |

It is important to have exercise goals you are working toward. Keep your goals realistic and measurable. Your goal may be 30 minutes of moderate activity 5+ days per week, or 2 miles 5+ days per week, or 8,000 steps 5+ days per week (if you have a pedometer).
Write down your progress toward your goals daily. Use a calendar or exercise log. You may want other goals to train for such as completing a 10K walk or run, taking a 3-day backpack trip, or walking 50 miles in a month. Setting goals and reaching them is rewarding! |
