Fitness ? Curl-Ups - Australian Popup |
The number of curl-ups you can do without stopping to rest is a measure of abdominal fitness. Keeping the abdominal muscles strong is important for good posture and prevention of back strains and aches. If your score is low, it simply means you haven’t been training these muscles regularly. By doing abdominal exercise regularly, your muscles will grow stronger, and your scores will gradually improve. The norms shown on your personal report are for “Good” to “Excellent” abdominal fitness for persons your age and gender. |
