Cereals:
- All-Bran®, Kashi®, Wheatena®, Maltex®, Bran Buds®, Bran Chex®, Roman Meal Cream of Rye®, Krusteaz Zoom®, oatmeal, shredded wheat, puffed wheat, raisin bran, Fiber One®, Healthy Valley® Fiber 7, and other bran cereals
Breads and crackers:
- Ry-Krisp®, Triscuits®, Wheat Thins®, graham crackers, corn tortillas, Boston brown bread, dark rye bread, whole wheat bread, multi-grain bread
Vegetables:
- Broccoli, string beans, corn, turnips, lima beans, Brussels sprouts, carrots, Swiss chard, kale, collards, winter squash
Legumes:
