Cancer Risk – Alcohol - Popup

PWP popup alcohol

Drinking alcohol increases your risk for several types of cancer. These including cancer of the breast, liver, esophagus, larynx, mouth, and colon. Even having as few as 3 drinks a week can increase a person’s risk of breast cancer. If you choose to drink, the American Cancer Society recommends having no more than one drink per day for women and two for men. Look for other choices to alcohol. Try fruit drinks, sparkling cider, grape juice, and other mixed drinks without alcohol.
