Cascade Health Solutions offers a unique array of services that positively contribute to people's health. Services are community-based, provided outside of a hospital setting and include occupational health, employee assistance, health education and risk management, home health, and hospice.
The highly skilled professionals at Cascade Health Solutions partner with people's physicians to enhance quality of life by treating an occupational injury, managing a chronic condition, counseling a troubled worker, providing home health services, or assisting families when a loved one is nearing the end of life.
Everyone at Cascade Health Solutions works to educate people about staying healthy - on and off the job. When health is impaired, staff work with the patient to evaluate the situation, determine how best to handle it, and improve and/or restore health. The goal is clear: Make life better.
A tradition of caring
Cascade Health Solutions nonprofit roots date back to the founding of McKenzie-Willamette Hospital in the fifties. That neighborly spirit and care continues to thrive at Cascade Health Solutions, which was formed when McKenzie-Willamette Hospital and Triad merged to form McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in 2003. Cascade Health Foundation continues as part of Cascade Health Solutions to preserve these nonprofit programs in the community.
